I came to the workshop with a problem on my Tesla Model Y and was very happy with the result. The work was done well and quickly — you can see straight away that the specialists really know EVs, and Tesla in particular. At every stage they explained in detail what they were doing and why, and if any further questions came up, I could always get advice over the phone. I really liked the professional approach, the attentive attitude and the genuine wish to help rather than just “get the job done”. I can confidently recommend this service to all Tesla owners.

Do you repair Teslas outside the official service centre?
Yes. Tesla is our main specialisation. We diagnose with Tesla Toolbox — Tesla's official service software — and use genuine parts.
Do you repair the Tesla Model 3/Y battery?
On Model 3/Y we replace the high-voltage battery rather than repair it: once one module fails, others are likely to follow, so a repair is riskier in the long run. We do repair Model S/X batteries (up to 2021).
How can I check the battery of a used EV?
With Autel Ultra EV we read the battery's state of health (SOH), cell and module data and faults. The test costs 50 € incl. VAT. We recommend it before buying a used electric car.

Which makes do you work with?
