Service request data: first and last name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (make, model, licence plate if you provide it, description of damage), request date and language — when you fill in the form or contact us.
Communication data: the content of the message and contact details – when you write to us by email, WhatsApp or other channel.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, clicks and session duration — collected automatically via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent).
Advertising measurement data: which ad or source brought you to the site and whether you sent a request — via Google Ads, Meta Pixel and OpenAI ad measurement (only with your consent).
