I came to the workshop with a problem on my Tesla Model Y and was very happy with the result. The work was done well and quickly — you can see straight away that the specialists really know EVs, and Tesla in particular. At every stage they explained in detail what they were doing and why, and if any further questions came up, I could always get advice over the phone. I really liked the professional approach, the attentive attitude and the genuine wish to help rather than just “get the job done”. I can confidently recommend this service to all Tesla owners.
The guys even do extra work that wasn’t included in the insurance estimate. Quick and high quality. Recommended.
Really great service - drove from harwich to Latvia in two days and suffered with loss of power in our Tesla. Took it to EV workshop and the guy got in our car - ran diagnostics and told us what we needed to do and how to do it. Really friendly and kind. Appreciate the time he took to show us what was wrong
