Do you come out to help on site?
No, we don't come out on site. Together with our partner BAT.LV we arrange towing to our workshop from anywhere in Latvia.
Can you pick up my car from home?
Yes, in Riga our driver can pick up your car and return it after the repair. This is a paid service — please ask for the price by phone.
Will I get a courtesy car?
We provide courtesy cars through our partners. Free if included in your KASKO or OCTA policy, otherwise paid.
How much does an EV battery check cost?
The battery SOH test costs 50 € incl. VAT and includes a written report. A full pre-purchase inspection costs 120 €.
Can I leave my car at the weekend?
Yes. We process requests on weekdays, but you can drop off or collect your car at weekends — just arrange it in advance.
